The first reason I was given for not honouring the promo bonus was because the time on the offer reset while i was making the deposit, and it was clearly hidden somewhere and not on screen for me to see. Frustrated, I contacted support through the online chat and they refused to honour the promo which was the only reason I made the deposit in the first place. I played for a bit with the deposited money thinking the bonus will come through any moment and then it never did. I made a deposit that came with a promo of +50% bonus cash but the bonus didn’t come through.
